"Workshop" Area
The campus area “Workshop“ of the Campus for Battery Safety offers an area of 10,000 m² for future industrial locations. Existing buildings of the former workshop can either be renovated completely or razed to the ground in order to make room for your innovative visions. Make use of the possibility to erect a building that complies with your wishes.
“Guardhouse” Area
The former guardhouse is a historic building which is situated in the center of the entrance area of the campus. The premises which total to an area of almost 900 m² and are spread out over two floors and a cellar, can be customized and designed according to your preferences. Due to its location in the center of the entrance area, the building is suitable for central applications, such as gastronomy or businesses wishing a nice view of the campus.
“Telecommunications Building” Area
The historic former telecommunications building is located in the vicinity of the research facilities on campus. It offers an area of 650 m² stretched out over three floors and a cellar. The building can be restructured completely according to your designs.
